What is involved in the treatment?
Each massage will begin with an in-depth consultation. You can opt for 30 mins or an hour long massage

What can I expect after?
It is normal to feel a little lethargic following a Massage. Depending on the treatment you may feel a little achy the next day but will shortly subside. You need to drink lots of water following treatment.

Michael will advise during your consultation depending on your individual needs.

Michael has been a Massage therapist for the past 9 years. From Deep tissue to Cancer Wellness massage Michael is trained in many different techniques to suit the individual concern. Last year Michael was invited to teach at Chippenham, Trowbridge and Salisbury colleges.
